Belmont Depression and Anxiety Center is a Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practice located in the Lakeview neighborhood. Our Clinicians are deeply committed to providing high-quality treatment that is consistent with current research.  We dedicate ourselves to our work and believe in a collaborative relationship between the clinician and the client in every aspect of treatment.

Insurance

Most people choose to finance their treatment through their insurance benefits. We are in network for some plans, but also will work with you if you have out-of network carriers and policies. If you don’t have insurance, we will provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate,” and will have some additional forms for you to fill out.

Most of what you need to know will be covered during your first session with your clinician. However, you may want to prepare beforehand for things like parking, intake paperwork, and privacy laws.

The Belmont Depression and Anxiety Clinical Internship Program provides counselors-in-training with opportunities for collaboration and professional growth. Through hands-on experience and guided supervision, interns will develop the clinical expertise needed to assess a wide range of mental health concerns and apply evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. BDAC’s Clinical Internship Program fosters a supportive atmosphere that encourages learning and professional development, featuring a weekly didactic component to deepen interns’ understanding of therapeutic techniques and the latest clinical research.
